”Connecting the pieces”
Finding help.
Are you struggling to find answers right now? Are you worried about a problem? At times we struggle to find answers to life’s challenges. Our lifestyle is fast paced and often this takes a toll on our mental and emotional health. In the case of sudden grief and unexpected losses we can become overwhelmed, this is where I can help.
Let me help you.
I am passionate about helping people to better understand how past experiences in their lives have shaped their perceptions, beliefs and patterns. Working with clients has enabled me to assist them to have a healthier relationship with themselves and their loved ones through changing patterns that are no longer beneficial to their lives.
My aim.
My aim is to provide a tranquil space to explore and develop an understanding on a variety of relationship and personal concerns. It’s often difficult to identify underlying core reasons for the problems that we face, particularly if they have become a part of our lives.
The process of reflective listening helps clients to develop, grow and increase resilience. When we have a deeper understanding of ourselves, we are better positioned for success and improved life choices.
My approach.
I am experienced in listening and observing clients, providing an individual, holistic and integrated approach to your wellbeing using counselling, psychotherapy and mindfulness.
Together we can work on creating rewarding meaningful relationships. While improving your self-esteem and confidence, your resilience and inner strengths will be enhanced to better manage depression, anxiety and stress.
